What do I get in the end?
BPI and NATE CEUs, one per hour of content. The streaming platform gives you a certificate of completion to send to NATE or BPI. On top of that, you can get DOE Energy Skilled certification on your Google Business Profile if you complete 7 or more hours. How do I get DOE Energy Skilled Certified on my Google Business Profile?

How much does that cover of my recertification?
NATE asks for 16 continuing education hours (CEHs) every two years, so one ticket covers a full recertification cycle with 11 hours to spare. BPI asks for 30 CEUs every three years to waive the written recertification exam, and counts national industry conferences — one ticket covers 90% of that.
Can my whole team watch on one ticket?
Yes — put it on one screen in the shop and everyone can watch. Credit is the exception: hours are recorded against the account that is logged in, so only the ticket holder earns them. Techs who need their own credits need their own tickets.
I’m on jobs both days. Is this still worth buying?
Yes. Every session is recorded and your access does not expire, so a job that runs long does not cost you the content — or the credits.
What do I need to watch it?
A browser and a reasonable connection. Streaming runs on OkWhen, the same platform handling summit registration, and access details go to the email you register with.
I’d rather come in person.
Good — that’s the better way to do it, and there are still in-person tickets. You get the expo floor, the manufacturer trainings and everyone worth meeting in one building.
